HY NFC is a professional stage lighting fixture configuration tool that reads and writes configuration data of compatible lighting fixtures via NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.

• We do not collect location data

2.2 NFC Data (Local Processing Only)

The Application reads and writes NFC tag configuration data embedded in stage lighting fixtures, including:

• DMX address settings

• Color mode parameters

• Device settings (fan speed, display brightness, etc.)

• Device firmware version information

All NFC data is processed exclusively on your device. No NFC tag data is transmitted to any servers, cloud services, or third parties.

 

2.3 Locally Stored Data

The Application stores user-created configuration presets in a local database on your device. This data:

• Only stored on your device

• Never uploaded to any servers

• It will automatically deleted when the Application is uninstalled

• It Can be deleted by you within the Application at any time

 

3. Permission Description

The Application requires the following permission:

• All data remains on your device

• Configuration presets are stored in an encrypted private application database

• The Application does not establish any network connections

• NFC communication only occurs when your device is physically near the lighting fixture

 

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As the Application does not collect any personal information from users, no special measures for children are required.

 

7. Data Retention

• NFC data: processed in real time, not stored (unless actively saved as a preset by the user)

• Presets: stored locally until deleted by the user or the Application is uninstalled

• No data is retained on any servers

 

8. Your Rights

As all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or process personal data on servers, you have full control over your data:

• Delete presets: Use the preset management function within the Application

• Delete all data: Uninstall the Application

• Revoke NFC permission: Turn off NFC in your device settings

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Application and on our website. Your continued use of the Application after the changes constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
